CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

PRIVATE ROOM / VIRTUAL OFFICE

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation of any purchase is to be 1 day prior to date of cancellation and before the start date following the tenancy agreement.
2. As per cancellation, the purchase of the room will be fully refunded to the client if no violation of the tenancy agreement occurred.
3. Late informers of cancellation will not be refunded following the terms and conditions stated in the tenancy agreement

RETURN POLICY

1. Refund of each payment is made a week after the cancellation term is approved
2. Each refund is required with the original receipt of payment along with the invoice of the package (if any). For credit it is required to directly contact the administration for further actions.

 

COWORKING SPACE / TRAINING ROOM

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Any cancellation of a booking of a room/table on a certain date is needed 12 hours prior to the date.
2. Any cancellation be made less than the stated time is not eligible for refund, unless reasoning is approved..

RETURN POLICY

1. Any refund of cancellation that has been approved will be made within 3 working days after approval.
2. Full refund is required with the original receipt of the payment along with the cancellation notice 12 hours prior.
